Just a friendly reminder to keep the following dates open..........

LAKE-LEHMAN BAND SPONSORS ANNUAL BACK MT CAR SHOW
 LUZERNE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS

SET UP: Saturday, August 14th  Time TBD (just a few hours to set up tent / prepare stand / mark off field, etc.)
SHOW: Sunday, August 15th 7 am – 5 pm ?? or until ALL cleanup has been completed

(Everyone MUST stay until ALL cleanup is done including taking down the tent)

Need help w/setup, registration, parking cars, taking orders, wiping tables, trash, cleanup….etc.



Participation is MANDATORY from ALL students and help is requested from as many parents as possible.    Please let us know as soon as possible of your availability for these dates.  Unless there is a truly valid reason, students are expected to be at this event.   Everyone's help is crucial in making this a success.   Fundraisers benefit all students and the work should be shared by all students not just a handful as in the past.  


So please make every effort to keep these dates open.  If you know of anyone who is not on our e-mail list or any student who may be interested in the marching season this year, please spread the word.   Help is needed from everyone!  We appreciate your cooperation.
